TFM_OPERATOR_WALLETto the public Solana address you will use to sign in. Never enter a seed phrase or wallet private key. - Apply the variable changes in Railway and deploy them. Return here, connect that wallet, and sign in.
- Open Operator settings. Set the collection wallet, KAST Solana deposit address, country, and currency. Create and extend the address lookup table using the wallet review flow.
- Verify the linked fundraiser before preparing a coin launch. Review and sign the launch transaction in your wallet.
What runs every hour
The worker checks submitted transactions and updates the ledger. Pump fee distribution is permissionless: neither the creator nor the receiving wallet needs to approve it. Automatic submission still needs a network-fee payer. The current worker supports a fee-paying service; configure TFM_SIGNER_URL, TFM_SIGNER_TOKEN, and TFM_SIGNER_PUBLIC_KEY for that service. Without it, claims use your connected wallet to pay the network fee. The worker also summarizes settled donations and claims awaiting settlement every hour.
KAST funding and GoFundMe checkout remain operator steps. Confirm the amount actually received and any separately recorded costs. The app applies each project’s disclosed reserve (15% by default for new projects), previews the donation amount, and tracks retained funds separately. Record the receipt after checkout. The reserve is not a verified tax rate.
The payment queue includes a copyable checklist of fundraiser links and exact donation amounts. It refreshes every minute while open. Check for an existing receipt before paying a reserved batch again.
